Hello, I’m Hugh Phillips, I founded Operation France in 2010. I created this service because I saw a gap in how patients were treated. Medical tourism shouldn’t mean navigating airports and taxis while in pain. That’s why I built a service that is completely door-to-door. We don’t just book your surgery; we personally handle your transport. When I say we collect you from your home, I mean it. If the NHS cannot offer you surgery within an ample timeframe, you can apply for S2 Route Funding. The NHS will pay for your surgery at our approved clinic in France. We assist with this process to ensure you get the care you need, faster.
